302 is a 7/16 headbolt ... 351 is a 1/2 headbolt... You'd need to have your heads drilled out to accomodate the bigger headbolt...

They will bolt up as mentioned above, but if they are stock 302 heads, it would be best to go aftermarket.

Stock 302 heads are kinda restrictive on a 302, they won't be that great on a 351w.
It would run well, just not near its power potential.

If the heads are aftermarket heads they will bolt right up since they are made for 351's in the first place.

302 heads are cheaper when ya have no $ for after market...i had a 70 //302 pair and 194/15 valves and made a huge diff.. alotta diff in a 302 done up at 4-500.00 and aftermarket at 800.00 - 1500.00/// when ya are scrapin for cash on a 302heads,, the extra $ for aftermarket is alot more to come up with// if ya use a 302 get 69-71 or so years after that they are sare as on a winsor and bigger cc

like said above, they will work if you drill and tap them out and they're not the best performance if they're like the E7's. but with that tiny cc (compared to the stock 351) and some nitrous can you imagine the kinda torque that thing would dish out. nitrous+small cc head= lotsa torque
