Default another cam question

I need to know the cam event valve timing for the stock cam. i didnt see it on jason fletcher. I am degreeing the cam and need some figures other than lift and duration which i already have. thanks

Keep in mind that those are not @.050" events....Ford used SAE specifications, which I think is at .006" lift....or is it .004" ?
