Default where/what balancer and flywheel?

i found a rebuildable longblock last weekend so i dont have to rip my motor out yet. anyways i called the machine shop today and they said about 600-700 for boring, honing, cam bearings, hanging new pistons, arp rod bolts and resize, balance, deck the block crank turned. so they said drop it all off saturday and they would have it done by the following weekend. we'll long story short is i need to get a new balancer and flywheel so they can balance it. so i think the flywhheel is stock at 50 ounces? balancer? where is a good place to get a decent one of each. oh and it is a 91' gt redoing to a 306 for now. thanks for any input i need to find out asap so i can order asap.

If it's a '91....you need the damper and flywheel with the 50 oz. balance factor.
