mine are barely going, and I want to get them working like new, also the window rocks back and forth when it goes up and down, im guessing some guide is worn out too

when you hear the motor spinning but the window doesnt move its cause those things are bad. they can be fixed by getting nuts from the hardware store that fit in place of those stupid wax/plastic plugs. i forget the size nut, but it was a thin machine screw type of nut so i double stacked them (and never had a problem again with my motors)
