Default overheating

My stang is running at the halfway mark, horizontal... it used to run lower by the A in the same temperature weather.I dont think anything is wrong with the cooling system. Should i replace the thermostat? Any help would be great.

Check your coolant level and see if your fins are plugged too. That is if you haven't done that already

Halfway isnt anything to worry about. Im anywhere between halfway and one line below it with a 3 row rad and a 180. I wouldnt worry about it unless it starts creeping towards one line up from half. Last time mine did that i needed a new pump.

Well if it normally ran a little cooler the the car could be telling him something. Maybe the water pump could be going???
