where might i get a schematic and all the wires look good not exactly sure which ground you are talking about.. if its the black wire on the blower motor it is fine...(connects into an orange/blackstipe on motor plug)

wow what a pain in the *** that was!!! the blower resistor was bad! but that dint fix my problem... well to make a long story short... the distribution block on the stearing colum was loose... (also lost my turn signals) so a couple of zip ties and the damn thing works great!!!! go figure.. will replace it as soon as funds alow... thanks for all the help from those who answerd!!!

I have the same problem in my car,93 GT,i verified the blower,the a/c switch,the vacuum lines in the engine bay,and nothing,it work sometimes when it want to,i'll check those wires in the steering colum and let you know...
