as for the fuel pump a 190lph would be more than you need but just go 255lph it wont hurt you and it will always be ready for more mods

A looser converter creates more heat in the fluid which is transfered to the transmission so you can't get to carried away with your stall speedselection. For either kit I would reccomend somthing in the 2500-2800 range. Driveability won't be affected at all. Fuel mileage may suffer slightly but nothing to bad. If anything with the top end kit, loose converter, and4.10s your biggest problem is going to be traction.

as long as you buy heads and a cam that are emissions legal shouldn't you be all set? I'm pretty sure if i had cats my car would pass emissions no problem.

Almost all heads are smog legal, as long as they have the hookup for the smog equipment i know gt40x afr and trickflow and edelbrock all have the hookups for it. I would definitly stock with a cam that has carb number since you need to be smog legal. You really got to use high end stuff like afr heads longtubes and performer rpm 2 intake if your trying to get to 300 at the wheels withnopower adderand not stroking it out.

you can run your stock fuel pump if it is in good condition but if not in good condition you will have to upgrade . look up the parts with each kit, the trick flow kit has more parts included. also summit racing will allow you to choose a different cam, intake, valve covers if you wanted.also those trick flow twisted wedge heads have 2.02 valves that you can run withour notching your stock pistons. hope this helps. which ever you go with good luck.

Are the GT-40x heads legal? Also i believe the trick flow kit is also legal and wouldnt it produce a little more power? What size fuel pump would i need?
