anyone know how much better/worse each of these flow compared to one another

That has the flow data for pretty much most of the heads out there. Also has some velocity factors and a bunch of other crap. If you go to his main page there might be a section on intake flow.

It's my opinion that you should pick one direction and go with it from the start. I went with the GT-40s because I want iron heads for the street (no dissimilar expansion rates of the two metals) and I'm not trying to build a 600 horsepower car in the near future at all. Besides, I can always get my money back out of the heads or put them on another street-fighter 'stang later on.
I paid $200 for my GT-40s (non-Ps) off of a 60k mile Cobra. Deals are out there, you just gotta look for 'em.
