Battery cutoff switch

Battery cutoff switch
Where do the switches usually connect to (electrically and physically) in a battery cutoff kit? I haven't been able to find out searching the web... I'm asking because I would rather just make my own than buy a kit. While we are on the topic where are some discreet places you can install a cutoff switch??

RE: Battery cutoff switch
cut-off switches can't be in discreet places. If you have your battery relocated to the rear of the car, the switch has to be out in the open. Otherwise you will NEVER pass tech inspection at the track.

yes, thats the only downside to relocated batts. on street cars, if you wanna drag, you either drill a hole in your car, or dont race, or do something clever
my dad dis something clever in the mach, he fabbed up a bracket that went around the bumper and clamped to it, and wires ran inside the trunk to the battery, i figure you can do the same with a fox, just secure it on the inside, and run it outside...
