Usually if your talking about the passenger side theres two plastic lines that run back to the heater core, there rubber on each end, side towards the firewall goes to the heater core and other ends one goes into the intake manifold and intoe bypass hose by the waterpump at least thats how iti s on my 94 Thats the only thingi can think that you could be talking about.

The hose you are discribing might go to your TB spacer if it comes off the top of the tubes kinda by the oil fill tube.

just cause you have a cobra intake shouldnt change where the hose goes into the tb spacer.

Can you post some pics? There are two small hoses (smaller than the other hoses from the tubes to your heater core, water pump) about 3/8", small like the size of a fuel line. One goes in the front of the spacer from the tubes top outlet and the other comes out the backside of the spacer. Hope that helps.

Look at this link, you'll see the throttle body (tb)spacer with the hoses from the tubes.

If you have the newer remake of the cobra intake (like the one in summit's catalog) then it does not use an EGR/throttle body spacer and you need to either plug the line or just run the two together.
On the cobra the neck of the intake where the TB connects is just longer thats why it doesn't use one.
