Default Dash wiring issue

I just bought a 92 lx 5.0 that was a I-4 to V-8 swap. I did KOEO and KOER tests and have no codes. The car runs great. The guy I bought it from did mention that he never switched over the dash wiring(hence my gauges not reading right) My question is, will any 5.0 dash wiring harness do the trick or do I need a specific model year harness? The donor car was a 92 LX 5.0 Any info. would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Bullitt! The guy did the swap right. He changed the motor, tranny, rear end, spindles, brake booster, master cylinder, ran new fuel lines and brake lines. He was a real honest guy so I was lucky. Thanks again for your help!
