Default 1/4 estimate?

next week I will be having underdrive pullies, a ford e cam installed, and my heads ported, while already having full exhaust and 3.73's in the back. can anyone give me a rough estimate of what kind of hp/tq numbers Id have as well as 1/4 time (245's in back no slicks)? any help is appreciated, thanks. (I know that there are much better products than what I have but this is only gonna cost me ~$500 and thats what I have to spend).

Low 13's will be a tough goal with stock ported heads and street tires. It's really going to depend on well the heads flow. Who ported them.

ok, well I already knew that these simple mods werent going to yield me like 100 hp lol. but my mechanic said it was definitely enough to feel a nice change =].
I plan on stroking it down the road when I start making some money, but that wont be for a while.
