Default fuel gauge install?

ok i currently have a mechanical fuel gauge with a isolator need to know if you just remove the schrader valve and install a hose to the fuel rail or would i need a adaptor? also on the isolator it has a bleeder screw what side is it for the gauge side or the pressure side?

The isolator allows you to run a hose filled with water to the gauge.....so there will be no fuel running in the interior of your car...

In other words, guage-->water hose-->isolator-->fuel hose-->fuel rail...

As fas as the schraeder goes.....not sure, I hooked mine directly up to my Fuel Pressure Regulator...do you have an aftermarket one?

I believe you need an adapter.. that's what I've done before on customer cars

im just going straight from the gauge to the rail. hopefully the track officials wont see this, not too worried about gas going into my car other than that reason, some with my oil pressure gauge.

I recently pulled my oil gauge out from the pod inside the car and have mounted on the cowl all my gauges that carry liquids
