Default Need help with water pump...

Well I finally set the engine in the car with some help, and almost had it finished and ready to fire when I began to pore the coolant in. With in a couple of minutes, I heard water running under the car......

It looks like coolant is running out near the bottom bolt by the drivers side coolant port between the pump and timing cover. I used Indian Head sealant around the port on both sides of the gasket...however I did not put anything on the bolts. I had almost a steady stream of coolant coming out. If the bolts are tight, but no sealer on the bolts, would that be enough to allow almost a steady stream of coolant?

I have pulled things apart and cleaned for re-install. Just got to go and get gaskets....

The bolts don't need sealer, (although it wouldn't hurt them and may help them in future removal). Is this a new pump?
