Default Help me with my intake. Yes I do know there are a ton of these threads

I have been reading up about the intakes and I really can't decide on which one to put on my car. It has 240 hp to the wheels. It has an ecam and do heads (similar to gt40s). It has a 4.10 in it as well if that really matters. I want to get the most out of it for $500. Appearance isn't really a must, but I wouldn't mind having a better looking one. I am looking for upper and lower. Any advice would be appreciated, and let me know if you have any questions about the car.

well you want it to match your set up.

GT-40s usually fall on thier face around 5500 rpm

so personally i would use a TF Street Heat intake or a Cobra/GT40/Explorer to match it

you may have hear this before but you shouldn't plan your combo around your cam at all the cam should be matched to your combo

alot of mismatched combos running around making alot less power then they should

pretty much look for a combo that is gonna pull from idle to about 5500 rpms
