Summit has an Eagle kit. Its part number ESP-B16422LA000 or LA 030, or LA 040, etc. (last three digits are for bore size). They run $999.99 and shipping is like 11 bucks. They come with everything you need except for gaskets and oil pump, and are already balanced. They come with a flexplate and balancer.

This is what I got and it was a VERY good deal. I like this kit a lot!

Don't forget to set money aside for fuel system, supporting bolt ons and suspension/drivetrain mods. And cooling system as well most likely. Then there's tuning and chassis stiffening(subframes etc).
