Default more clutch woes

well its doing it again, the clutch pedal is returning slow and its slipping under heavy acceleration. it did it last year and i let it set all winter expecting to do the clutch this year BUT it stoped and the car acted normal for 4-5 months under some verry heavy abbuse. it did fine this morning but when i put a new cap and rotor in the car it started slipping again[:@]any suspects? im guessing slave cylinder

have fun checking the non existant slave cylinder

anyways, slow return sounds like it may be pressure plate issues, sounds like you need a new clutch

well its obviously not disengaging all the way so something is obviously hanging up somewhere. i would start by checking your quadrant and cable. if worst comes to worst buy the billet quadrant set and a new clutch. the diaphram on the pressure plate could be completely worn out and thats why its slipping but with the way you say the pedal is coming back slowly it sounds like its still engaged a little bit and thats why its slipping. if you keep driving like this you WILL need a new clutch
