Default kooks long tube headers?

ok i need some suggestions, first off i my question was would i benefit from long tube headers? if so what size?
my mods are:

[ul][*]302, b-303 cam, aluminum gt40x heads, cobra intake manifold, #30 fuel injectors, ford racing ignition, 1.7 roller rockers and any other bolt-on you can think of[/ul]
any advice is open and appreciated

Yes 15/8" would be my best guess for a 302.

A 1.625" header is a good starting place for the 302.

equal length shorties will be fine for you
