Default Power steering pump and hose question

I have a brand new power steering pump and a brand new pressure side hose, both from NAPA. When I tighten the pressure hose down to the pump I am still able to move the line around. Is that normal? Seems like when it gets tight it should be tight.

The way things are going, I may never find out...

Got everything buttoned up, praying that I didn't strip the rack threads, and now my new belt doesn't fit!!! I bought it like 3 months ago from summit so who knows what they're going to do about it.

$15/ea cheaper for Gatorback belts (except for the right one that is). The belt for my S10 was fine. This is the third thing from summit for this season that just flat out didn't fit.

Anyhow, they're taking it back. Tomorrow I'll hit Autozone and get the correct one. MAYBE the car will be done tomorrow....
