Default mechanical fuel pump question

Ok my 351w cams with one ......Should i upgrade it i see that make decent aftermarket mech pumps or should i go with a holly blue? Im gonna run a fuel cell prolly a 12 or 16 gallon.This is gonna be mainly a street car but im tryin to build a beefy street car, notin too big.

Not saying you should but you could..... buy a universal electric pump.... like the ones used for small construction equipment foraround $25 at Pepboys and have it in place and running in no time.

I had to snag one off a tractor when my mechanical failed and I was high and dry on a site with no cell reception... it is still on the truck and no fuel issues since.

hmmm ok ill check it out i can just used the wireing from the old pump and use a GM fuel guage for the fuel cell.
