Question Lowering a 91 convertible 5.0

We're going with Eibach springs and intend to lower our '91 1-1.5 inches. The holdup is that is has sport suspension under it.

Anyone know any major issues with lowering this year model with that suspension? The only reason we're interested in lowering it is to give it a more aggressive stance and to fill the wheel wells a little more - and if it matters, it now has 17 x 9 Cobra R wheels under it, not the stock 16" pony wheels.

That bad huh? That's a concern we have, and yet another reason we've not jumped right into it....

I am running MT 345 40 17 I even rolled the fender, if you are using smaller meats, you should be fine.

I'll have to check the tire size - we bought the wheels and tires used in Dallas two days ago and honestly, I've not checked that. Just know the wheel size. Thanks for the info *salutes*
