Default What wheels do I need?

I have a 88' hatchback I just bought. It has a 95' GT rear end in it. What wheels do I need to run a 18x10 in the rear do they don't hang out of the fenders? what backspace? offset? someone said I should use a 05+ rear wheel?

Thanks

Go outside, with a straight edge, and a tape measure. Measure from the mounting surface, to the well, and the mounting surface to the inside of the fender lip. Subtract 1/2" for clearance on both sides. That should give you a rough idea.
