Default How can i disconnect my AC?

My 5.0's AC doesnt work and i plan on getting the Ford racing ac eliminator kit soon. Problem is for some reason the ac wont turn off and is perminatly stuck on and its really annoying.

Is there anyway i can just disengage the AC without taking the unit off?

Well yes, it does work but it would be better to say its malfunctioning. It wont turn off.

unplug the compressor clutch switch on the connector if you don't care about operation...see if that turns it off.
