i did check it and had machine shop at work check it, and it wasnt teh collector i knwo exactly where it was leaking off the number 5 exhaust port tube, rtv no gasket and problem is gone

check and make sure your bolts are long enough when using a copper gasket. believe it or not i had a nasty header leak, and checked everything i could think of, even had a friend look at for me to make sure i had the bolts tight enough. come to find out the bolts where not long enough we ended up taking the washers off of them, and now she purrs quite nicely.

Yeah I have a small exhaust leak as well...I just replaced the gaskets last year with Felpros too. I have one in my F-150 too lol, but the bolts and stuff are so rusted that I'd rather just deal with the noise than spend all day trying to fix it.
