I have a '93 lx with trickflow aluminum heads. What are the best spark plugs to use?

No Idea, havent looked. Im just looking to put the best ones in that I can get. The ones that are in now most likely arent anything special.

Autolite copper cores. Probably a 3924. What do they specify?

Yes autolite 3924 is the correct plug or you can run a ngk fr5, I've always liked ngk plugs better.
