Default the ticking nosie in higher rpm

heres the deal, when you rev the car you will hear ( what sounds like a bad lifter ticking sound) you only hear it when the car is rev'd. the ticking goes away at idle, and doesnt make the noise when crusing...the car has 1.6 roller rockers, twisted wedge heads, stock cam.
