ordering a new motor

i am getting a new 306 shortblock and im going for 400 rwhp.i plan on putting a 100 shot but is it possible to make 300 rwhp with a 306.im thinking make a trickflow intake, nice heads and a big nassty cam.is it possible to make 300.can yall make sugestions or references to some parts
