TFI voltage problem

Default TFI voltage problem

Does anyone know if these are the correct voltages for the TFI module.

PIP- 12 volts
Spout- 12 volts
Start- 5 volts
Run-12 volts
Coil-12 volts
Ground- 5 Volts
(these are the voltages that i am reading at the TFI with the ignition in the tun position)

Car wont start, The spark is weak

Please help!!

Ive also replaced the coil, distributor , ICM, all relays, and pretty much checked every wire in the car. these are the voltages sfter the Realy replacements with no try to start yet, basically wondering if the ground goes to zero upon crank, i dont want to burn anything up

all of the tests check out, except when i ground the negative terminal of the coil, with the key in on position and rotate distributor the light does not blink on and off ,, but does dim significantly. and i still have 5 volts on the start wire on the TFI connector in the run position,, does this seem correct?

Hey dude, any luck with your no-start problem? i'm having the same issue and my voltages at the TFI module are when Key On Engine Off:

PIP- 5 volts
Spout- 12 volts
Start- 0 volts
Run-12 volts
Coil-12 volts
Ground- 5 Volts
