i am pretty sure its got a lean misfire, it sounds like misfire is coming from engine bay or directly under the vehicle, had the car up in the air and was tapping on the cats and the passenger side front cat sounded hollow. these codes are also present
code 41
code 91
any ideas what could cause this?
could it be the cats being bad?

I know nothing about the codes but i do know a little about the catalytic converters. If one sounds hollow it's possible that the element has crumble and could be clogging the second cat. the car would run hot, have reduced power, and the exhaust will sound very muffled, assuming its never been correct you could always do the fun test and unbolt your mid pipe and take her for a spin.

yeah its kinda hard to do that right now, im doing all this in school at uti and they wont let me touch my cats, but i was thinking maybe just removing then while on the lift to see if they are hollow or not

ya both those codes are lean conditions found by the engine

Check volume and fuel pressure. Gross vacum leak.

my fuel pressure is good once car is running, volume is low, and car is also showing code 96- indicating open in battery + to fuel pump

ahhhhhh UTI. If u can get me code definitions for all of them I can try to help u out. Sorry but don't really feel like looking them up.
