I take it you broke it off in the block?

Yes now I'm using some plastic bolt to keep it from leaking temorary. Any idea in taking it out? And also how about the headers now that I installd them it's making a weird noise like if it's leaking it's tone. Any idea thanks.

Metal screw, install just enough to grab inside tube. Put vice grips on screw tap with hammer.

Out of all the forums I visit, this is the 4th time I've seen someone with this problem....
and each time I give the solution, each person tried all the other suggestions that were given that didn't work and only after finding out the hard way, did they finally try MY idea.... and it always works and it literally takes less that a minute.

So I'll tell you the big trick only if you promise to try it FIRST.

Get a simple paint can opener and working from underneath, stick it inside the piece of tube that is in the block and hook the bottom edge with the opener and simply pull it out.
No need to pull the header, there is plenty of room.

if you tried for months, I would just pull the oil pan.

I would try an easy-out first.
