so the car will start and run in the start positon? like you didnt change the position on the key at all after it cranked and started, and it ran without chewing up the starter?

Any other random ideas to try? Could it be a bad ground wire to the ecu? Where/how would i check that?

why don't you trace your injectors. figure out why they aren't being commanded on when they are suppose too

sounds like bad ignition switch but you can check grounds
