yea i just bought some coolant and poured some in, the fluid level rose significantly. then i checked the dipstick and it was confirmed. the coolant and oil mixed, thats why the fluid measurement on the dipstick was 6 inches past the "full" line.
any suggestions on what to do next?

Ouch...! So it looks like hot coco huh..., damn well now you have to pull the top end out and change the head gasket..! I wouldnt use those sealers that you throw into your oil because with time that stuff will carrode inside your motor block!!

since you did overheat the motor it would be smart to get the heads checked for warpage, I would go ahead and check the other head too, but thats just me.

yea it looked like coco powder, enix your right though, lifting a head can cause warpage and if i dont check to see if it got warped and i go ahead and replace the gasket i would of done it for nothing. looking into some gt40x heads
