Egr code #332 insuficient egr flow
Hello I am new to the forum, I have just bought a 95 Ford Mustang Gt 5.0L. I need to have an emissions test/smog check performed on the car to complete change of title for registration. The car has a check engine light code #332 insuficient egr flow. Which comes on shortly after begining to drive it. I get a slight pinging noise under acceleration, previous owner completed a tune up which included new spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. The car has a new Maf sensor, Tps,Egr valve, and Iac valve. I replaced the dist with a remanufactured dist. I have set the base timing to 10 deg. btdc. I believe the Egr vaccum solenoid is causing the trouble code. My question is am I on the right track? I believe the valve is locted within the passengerside wheel well, so this will require removal of the inner wheel well. Any help will be appriciated. Thanks!

Update to code #332
Well today I replaced the Egr vacuum solenoid, when I applied vacuum to the old one it had no resistance and made no noise. The new one has resistance and makes a noise when vacuum is applied. I disconnected the neg. battery cable and then drove the car, it runs noticeably better. I no longer hear the slight pinging during acceleration. About ten minutes into the drive the check engine light came back on. At this point I am going to have to get a hold of a code reader to extract the codes. And see what is going on? As soon as I retreive the codes I will repost to let you guys know what I have found? Thanks for reading my post, and once again any feedback will be appriciated.

All you need to access the codes is a paper clip, 5 minutes, pen and paper. DIY KOEO/KOER/Cylinder Balance Self-Test
