Default Need help running Vac Lines

I am in need of some help to figure out where these lines go. I am replacing them with rubber hoses after finding out that there really wasn't any lines going to it. Now, I have to figure out where the lines need to go.

Can anyone help?

I found a site that has some pictures to show where those lines go and to where. I now have a quick question, if I do not have the canister purge valve or wherever the line goes in that area, there will be a leak. Do I just cap that line off or leave it open?
