Default steering column help!!

ok i have a 86 gt 5.0 it has stock interior except the radio and shifter. my steering column pivots. its like really loose. An example of how it is loose is like if a ball joint is loose or a wheel bearing. Does anyone know what this could be? i know theirs a bolt in the middle of the steering wheel, could this have came loose?

Theres a bolt halfway down the column, over time this can get loose and cause your wheel to be wobbly, take off the plastic covers and you'll see it.

ok i looked at the bolts and i tightened two torx bolts and two reg bolts and nothing changed i uploaded pics to show you what bolts i tightened. its just the wheel part that moves, the shaft doesnt but when you move the wheel, all the stuff after the wheel moves too but not the column. can anyone tell me where this bolt is that magically tightens this up??
