Default Oil and steering fluid leaks

I got 2 issues, there's a threaded part which can be tightened/loosened by a hex socket. Can this part be just loosened out and sealed back with a teflon?

Also I noticed that the hose to my power steering pump is leaking, it seems to be loose because if I wiggle it there's play on it. Can I just tighten the nut to secure it?

Have you attempted to do either?

The ps line should be able to just tighten.
the hex screw on the oil filter mount may be holding something else together inside so be careful removing it.

that plug has a rubber o-ring or gasket inside and doesn't hold anything. maybe there's an option to install something on this side (a bung for an extra filter or bypass)

got it fixed, I just put teflon and silicon sealant on the plug.

Awesome, I've had a tiny leak that I swore up and down was that plug, but finally found this thread to see that there is nothing behind it to pop out. Thought it might have a spring or something I might screw up or lose. Must be a provision for a oil cooler, mechanical oil pressure or temp. gauge or something.
Thanks!
