Default New Clutch Installed, now Popping when depressed day later

So my throw out bearing was bad, tore down and changed out flywheel and clutch. Ram HDX is what is in it now with a billet steel flywheel. Got it all put back together last night. Everything was fine, no noises and clutch now grabs about 1 1/2" from the floor. But this morning after driving to work i can now hear a popping sound from what sound like inside the bell housing. I was only able to get under the car so far and remove the cover and while my friend was pushing the clutch I could feel it thru the fork. Anyone have this happen before?? Any ideas

Popping only when you depress the clutch? or is it the entire time the engine is running ? clutch in? clutch out? Well either way I would pull trans again and inspect it.

Engine is off, it will pop pushing the clutch in, the when it comes back out. Im hoping to get it up high enough this weekend to get a better look inside the bellhousing to see if I can figure it out. Im leaning towards possibly my clutch fork.
