Default Will i need a high stall torque converter?

looking to slap an e303 cam in my automatic mustang. I just need to know if i can run the cam without a high stall torque converter without having to worry about stalling on every red light

Your stock convertor is fine. A higher stall will boost performance when drag racing but is not a must.
