New heads, but something is wrong

Loosened the rockers and did another compression test.
1. 190
2. 185
3. 180
4. 195
5. 190
6. 190
7. 170
8. 150
So 7 & 8 seem consistent, but #7 is where the coolant was coming out of the spark plug hole. I just found out today that the heads did NOT go to the machine shop. It seems like it was a 3 part problem. 1. head gasket on the driver side most likely from not being machined. 2. rockers were too tight and 3. use RTV instead of crappy cork gaskets.

Question though, I know coolant is in cylinder 7, but I'm not sure at this point about 8. Does coolant decrease compression and should I worry about the compression numbers in cylinder 7 & 8?

I got most of the coolant out and I'm done with my tests. I may try to blow some air in the cylinder to see if I can see where the water is coming out before I take the heads off, but no matter what I am taking them off and sending them to the machine shop. The passenger side seems good, but if you send one then you might as well send the other. If they didn't seal properly with a composite gasket, then something is seriously off. I'm thinking the compression on 7 & 8 could be lower because that is where the leak is at? I hope it goes up when everything is fixed and correct. I will certainly be double checking everything before I install them this time.

Did that and nothing. The pressure held at 16 PSI. When I did the compression test, the pressure still held at 16 until I got to #7 (the one with the coolant in it) and the pressure went to 17.5 psi.
