lota thoses stroker kits are fine , just stay within there limits , i prefer 331 over 347 any day imo .

331 is a proven engine..you just need to take some time and get a game plan..either engine will take boost ok...I would get it under 10 psi but a well built stroker you might feel you have enough power..I would find a friend who has one in a car like yours and feel it out..

if you are supercharging then the 331 would be better i guess, but if not i would go with the 347. there is no replacement for displacement

347 has more torque than you probably would need on the street, but thats just an opinion. 331 gets it done and you dont have the extra wearassociated with the 347 (or at least i hear they have more wear...)
