66 and 96 codes
90Gt with 347 .Motor completely new, afr heads, bbk intake, injectors, bbk mass air,bbk fpr, aeromotive 340lph fuel pump etc. Car hasn't been pro tuned yet but has been running pretty stout at 360hp n/a. I took the car for a ride tonight and at the drive through getting food the car almost stalled then the check engine light came on. Ran like crap all the way home and when I tried to get on it it was breaking up bad. 66 and 96 are the codes but everything is new. What could it be or what am I missing?

Well just one of those codes would be enough to cause problems, but both at the same time !!!
66 is dealing with the MAF signal. Check all connections and wiring all the way to the ECM. You might get lucky and the connection at the MAF sensor is just not clipped all the way. Personal experience there.
96 is the fuel pump circuit. You'll have to dig around for this one. Wiring, relay, pump itself, etc.
I'd put my money on the MAF issue though, as that's what my car ran like when my MAF sensor connector wasn't on all the way.
Good luck and post back with what you find.
