Default chirppie noise

I own a 94 GT with 130000 miles on it. It is making a chirppie sound from underneath the car and it is coming from around the transmission. It only makes the noise wheh the clutch is out, and when i push the clutch in about a 1\4 inch it stops. Im thinking it's the throw-out bearing, but if anyone else has any suggestions, im open to them.
