Im currently thinking of buying an 89-93 hatchback 5.0 and was curious if the seats from a 99-04 will fit as a replacement, also how well do these cars respond to bolt ons?

they respond very well to bolt ons! you can gain 30 horses just from a exhaust job im not sure on the seats though

i think the seats will fit. my buddy has some seats from a 98 cobra and they fit in his 87. im pretty sure there the same size. just as long as they come with the frame they should bolt right on... maybe stick out a little bit..

i have a 2000 gt convertible and i love it but im looking for something i can pick up for cheap that can easily be made fast and put a great sound system in it. im more than likely just going to go with recaro seats if i find a good deal because my leather seats dont really hold you in place. i know mine is faster stock on stock but what kind of number do you think a 1990 5.0 would run?

yes the seats will fit all the way up to 04

Seats will work. If they are power they will sit up a bit higher though.
