347 harmonic balancer and flywheel help

347 harmonic balancer and flywheel help
ok so im having a 347 being built right now with a eagle rotating asembly and i heard the crank might be a 28oz so would i have to buy a 28oz harmonic balancer and flywheel? i heard u dont is this true?
