True. to some point..but i loved the 5.0 back in the day when i was young...running 12.4 natural..in my 90 GT...awesome stuff .. i am aware of the Diff in the motors.. but i ran low 12's with that old pushrod.. i guess i am just sentimental
I differ..that black cover is just that a cover..easily removed...but lets see when it arrives to know for sure..i want to see those silver runners in all their glory

It almost looks better with the cover.
But, I'm sure there's some mods that can be done to fix that. Dressing up those horrible looking wire harnesses is a must!
