Default 2011 & 2012-19" Brembo-TIRE PRESSURE

Not looking to get 40k miles out of the Mustang GT tires but would be interested to hear what you have found to be the best COLD TIRES PRESSURE, F/R for the type of driving you do. Daily commuting, spirited driving etc etc.

Thanks

At 40#, do you have enought mileage on them to see if the fronts are wearing badly in the center . . . that's assuming not overly aggressive driving/drifting

At higher pressures, your contact patch begins to narrow. I wouldn't sacrifice safety and performance for an extra few miles or 1-2 MPG.

Even though I experiment with every tire I put on my vehicles, I find the pressure that performs best for my style of driving and rarely stray more than 3-4 PSI, tops, from the recommended pressure on the door placard or whatever the recommended pressure is for that tire on that vehicle. If you're basing your tire pressure on whats stated on the sidewall as the max pressure, you're treading on thin ice.

my tires are wearing perfectly. the whole tread surface makes contact with the road.

i would recommend looking in the door jam at the tire sticker and folowing that. you cant go wrong.
