Also on the 89 bama tune when i let off the clutch the RPM's dive down so low that it stalls instead of leveling out. So it's either stall with 89 tune or jerk with 93 tune.
After checking around, it seemed like maybe the problem was the fitment of the filter on the tube....I took a look and saw that my filter was right up on the "T" in JLT, so I backed it up and re-tightened. This has smoothed out the issue somewhat. The lurching happens slightly higher up into the RPMs than before. Still there, so I'm still frustrated, but its better for sure.
I will keep playing with it, and when the weather breaks I'll check with Bama/AM again if I still can't get it sorted.
For those of you experiencing this issue....Did you keep or remove the sound tube? I kept mine....You don't suppose that would have any effect, do you?

Mine would do it before I removed it...Not often like I said but every once in a while..
I would also suggest data logging the car and sending those logs to Bama. Data logging has done wonders for me in the past while trying to tune my 2013.
