JLT Intake review 2013 automatic
Took one look at the 2013 water gasket for my hood vent and put the whole intake back in the box ready to ship it back. How on earth did the folks at JLT think that half a piece of foam would keep water out ? Product came from American muscle and had minor scuffs of the intake tube, looked like ti was re packaged. Overall not happy, but would work okay on the 2011 2012 on the track on a dry day. I did like my JLT Oil separator though.

Give my CS team a call and they'll get you set up with JLT and make sure you're taken care of properly! Our Mustang Experts are here Monday-Friday from 9AM-9PM EST and Saturdays from 9AM-5:30PM EST. If you want to hit them up, their number is 866.727.1266.

I will be placing a call definately. I am really dissapointed in american muscle, I just got my diablo intuner, with no custom files. Yet a sheet that says what the files are customed too. And the diablo tuner itself will not update just lets me look at an empty tunes folder.

cold air intake kits
It looks like the only suitable air intake kits are ones with a cover built in similar to the aem design. I placed an order recently on a KN typhoon intake, which requires no tune and has a cover for the cone filter. By their dyno graph it shows an increase in 20 hp. Even though it was a costly experience I won't bother putting a tune on the car. After hearing bad flashing stories with the sct tuner as well.. seems better just to stay clear of tuners all together and keep warranty intact.
