Securing a single subwoofer box

RE: Securing a single subwoofer box
No pics , try using very heavy duty velcro. Itll be still easily removable, for those times when you need to actually use the trunk. But If you want it more permanent, get some L- brackets from your hardware store and some self-tapping sheet metal screws, and screw it down. Be sure to check whats underneath the area where you want the screws to go, otherwise you might drill into the gas tank [].

PS: With those self tapping screws you dont need to drill any holes, they do that on their own

RE: Securing a single subwoofer box
I tried to use the velcro but my carpet moves very easy because i took out the insulation cotton crap from when i had two twelves and the boxes wouldnt fit unless I moved removed that crap. I did how a bracket in the middle screwed down from the box to the upper back seat in the middle. When I removed the sub woofer I broke the bracket off. Thats why I am asking what is could be done.
