Arrow Adding Fog Lights 2001 Mustang

Hello

I have a 2001 Mustang V6
My Front of my Vehicle does have a place for Fog Lights.
However, in the interior the only Optional Equipment installed is a rear window defogger. The On/Off switch for the Defogger is the first of three switched. The other two switches are not in use.

From what I have found so far one of these two remaining blank switches would be for the Fog Lights if they had been an installed option.

Questions:
1. Behind the two non-functional dummy switches is there an actual switch? I mean is what I seeing just a cover over a whole in the dash or is there something behind the plug or cover?

2. How hard is it to install the lights or even a possible in dash switch? Has anyone come across a good how to do it?

3. The lights that I have been thinking about are here, what do you think?

Thank you for your time and help.

Sincerely

I posted here about how to install fog lights to a dummy switch, you can purchase a foglight switch from www.latemodelrestoration.com that will allow you to toggle your foglights on/off. On my 02, the middle dummy is your traction controll and the dummy on the right is your foglight harnass.
